Robert J. Kasieta

Robert Kasieta is the founder and managing member of Kasieta Legal Group. He focuses his practice on Civil Litigation. He is a member of the Dane County Bar Association, the State Bar of Wisconsin, Wisconsin Association of Justice, and American Association of Justice.

Bob received his associate degree from Gogebic Community College; his bachelors degree, summa cum laude, from Northern Michigan University; and his law degree from Marquette University. He is certified as a Civil Trial Specialist by the National Board of Trial Advocacy and has attained the highest rating, AV, from the national attorney rating service, Martindale-Hubbell. Bob also regularly teaches other lawyers. In addition, he teaches at Wisconsin Law School.

Nick J. Welle

Nick Welle joined Kasieta Legal Group in 2010. He focuses his practice on Civil Litigation. He is a member of the State Bar of Wisconsin and the Labor & Employment Law Section. He is admitted to practice in Wisconsin state courts and the United States District Court for the Western District of Wisconsin.

Welle received his bachelor's degree, magna cum laude, from the University of Wisconsin-Madison, where he majored in Political Science and Social Work. He received his law degree, magna cum laude, from the University of Wisconsin-Madison, where he received the Dean's Academic Achievement Award and the Best Performance in Constitutional Law.

William L. Brown

Bill Brown joined Kasieta Legal Group in 2011. His practice involves civil litigation. Bill is a member of the State Bar of Wisconsin and the Labor and Employment and Business Law Sections. Bill is admitted to practice in Wisconsin state courts.

Bill Brown received his bachelor's degree, cum laude, from the University of Wisconsin-Whitewater, majoring in political science. He earned his law degree from the University of Wisconsin-Madison.

Bill lives in Madison and is a longtime resident of southern Wisconsin. In his free time, Bill enjoys hiking, fishing, playing guitar, and visiting Wisconsin's many state parks. In addition, Bill is an avid traveler - he has visited numerous countries throughout Africa, South America, and Asia.
